The pontiffs claim that Buddhism is the oldest religion in the world. They base this on the age of the written word available. Buddhism has no beginning and no end. There are multiple “gods” who have no creative function. The ideology changes as societal needs change. There are as many different paths as there are placards for them to follow.

The Judeo-Christian writings provide a beginning and an end. There is an explanation for the need for repentance of sin. There is a savior that spent time on earth as “wholly God, and wholly man.” The Hebrew word for God implies one God with multiple purposes. The word translated “Elohim” is One God in plurality.

There is no substitute for a God that is the creator, rather than a God that is created, and re-created, by man. Which one provides more credibility for the created? How does one find this solidity? Listen and Chose.
