After Jesus was crucified there were those who thought He was just another in the long live of “wannabe” messiahs who had been the plague of Jerusalem since the Roman invasion. Even though He had been telling his disciples that he would be crucified and rise again in three days, they “heard the words;’ but, they did not hear the intent. So, when he was back in three days and they were still not understanding (Luke 24) Jesus’ landmark sarcasm shown forth as he called them “fools,” and “slow of heart.” Walk with us as we discover the resurrected Lamb’s plan for His disciples: present, and future; beginning with the Road to Emmaus and the Upper Room.
